Having been the first clinic in the north of England to ever win the prestigious ‘Most Educationally Aware Clinic in Britain and Ireland’, as well as having picked up the cosmeceuticals ‘Beauty Therapist of the Year’ award and the MD Clinic of Excellence, Tracey and her team pride themselves on providing clients with the best and most up-to-date therapies available. Tracey is committed to continual training not only for herself but also for her therapists, all of whom have to spend time training to the high standards demanded at Serenity Clinic — which by far exceed the basic beauty therapy qualifications already achieved by the team.

This commitment to providing a superior service has been recognised far and wide and the clinic is extremely proud to be endorsed by Dr Patrick Bowler (10 years younger), medical director of cosmeceuticals and his team of dedicated trainers.

Having accrued a wealth of knowledge and experience in the UK and abroad Tracey has been a therapist for 16 years during which time she has also lectured in beauty therapy and has worked as an examination assessor. She has run her own beauty therapy business for the past 11 years and holds an impressive array of qualifications, as does her team.
